Prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, you will be required to submit valid documentary proof of identity (such as a Philippine UMID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide required KYC documentation within reasonable timeframes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds, subject to applicable law.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gma777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. For bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), the minimum deposit is ₱500. USDT TRC20 minimum is equivalent to approximately $10 USD. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

Active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a default wagering requirement of twenty (20) times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gma777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

gma777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or restructuring of clauses without substantive change) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure via [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
